Welcome to Outrange Homestead! By signing up for a membership and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership & Access

1.1 Outrange Homestead provides paid membership options granting users access to premium content, including exclusive blog posts and recipes.

1.2 Membership plans are available for purchase on our Membership Page.

1.3 When you sign up for a new membership plan before your existing plan expires, the new plan overrides the existing plan. Membership time is not stacked or added to the existing duration. The new plan begins immediately upon registration.

1.4 No refunds will be provided for unused time on a previous membership plan if a new plan is purchased before the current one expires.

2. Payment & Billing

2.1 All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

2.2 Payments are securely processed through our designated payment gateway. We do not store payment information on our servers.

2.3 By purchasing a membership, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Outrange Homestead to charge your selected payment method for the chosen plan.

2.4 Outrange Homestead reserves the right to modify membership fees at any time. Any price changes will apply to new memberships or renewals only.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You agree to use our content and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3.2 You may not share, distribute, or reproduce premium content without prior written permission from Outrange Homestead.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Cancellation & Termination

4.1 You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for any remaining time on your current membership.

4.2 Outrange Homestead reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

5.2 Continued use of our services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
