The perfect addition to any weekend coffee is Bailey Irish Cream and this DIY is so good that it's worth the 5 minutes to make it. Smooth, creamy, and with a hint of chocolate, some say it is better than the original.

Ingredients
  

  • 1⅔ cups Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tsp homemade vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp instant coffee

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in your blender or in a juice jug and use an immersible blender
  • Blend on high for 60 seconds
  • Transfer mixture into a glass pop top bottle or another air-tight container. Store it in your refrigerator for up to 2 months
  • Shake well before using.
